As a Manager, you are part of a team of highly experienced consultants in the SAP Digital Transformation team delivering business transformation programs and specialized in the Sales and Distribution, BRIM or Service domains.
You advise and participate in the implementation of SAP solutions using a multidisciplinary approach to design, implement and integrate SAP S/4HANA Sales. Tasks include solution design, solution implementation, change management and end-user support & training.
In your role, you formulate and communicate clear plans that translate wider strategy into localized action. You connect within and across businesses and borders to get access to the right resources. You showcase expert domain knowledge as well as project management skills from blueprinting to go-live lifecycle. You lead and guide the team during requirements gathering to uncover functionality that may require further configuration or an additional solution.
You will contribute to the development and growth of the SAP SD practice globally by coaching and guiding junior colleagues.
You will be joining an integrated offering of SD functional consultants and architects that are providing services to leading firms in different industries.
You will receive online and onsite trainings (including leadership, business development, latest technologies…) in order to grow within your position and move to the next level.

Let’s talk about you
To be part of our team as a Manager, you must
Have at least 6 years of relevant experience within S/4HANA Sales implementation in consulting firm or similar experience
Have a solution mindset (i.e., what are options to solve that specific issue/requirement)
Be a team player who values communication and likes to share knowledge
Have experience in cross-solutions involving Sales
Have experience in managing small/medium-sized teams
Be fluent in Dutch and/or French with very good level of English
Have a EU citizenship with a valid driving license in Belgium
In order to excel at your job, you will develop the following skills and having previous experience is considered a plus
S/4HANA Sales Certification
Experience in diagnosing problems, managing analytics and supporting strategic recommendations to client.
Experience in driving business transformation using SAP capability accelerators and applying reusable assets and pre-configured solutions to address client challenges
Knowledge on emerging technologies, updates, standards and applications
Experience in collaborating with near-shore/off-shore capabilities
