Responsibilities
1. Collecting & uploading content
2. Sharing content packages to eRetailers
3. Performing live checks & gap closings (checking if delivered content is live on the eRetailers website & filling gaps with relevant content)
4. Participating in weekly calls with the client to share status of received tasks
5. Updating task status in trackers & decks
6. Spotting inconsistencies in content & flagging those to the client + resolving issues on the go
7. Recommending proactively solutions to the client
8. Provide support across the team
9. Supporting the process of asset production coordination
10. Constant skills improvement and learning of eCommerce trends
11. Cooperating with a team of specialists who support each other
12. Creating a friendly and exciting workplace
Requirements
1. Experience in working with clients for at least 1 year Pro client attitude and professionalism, high personal culture and communication skills
2. First experience in the digital field min. 1 year
3. Positive attitude and problem solving mindset
4. Accuracy and attention to detail
5. Being a team player with a sense of responsibility for the tasks assigned
6. Knowledge of Excel (intermediate level)
7. Assertiveness and courage in presenting your ideas
8. Interests and willingness to develop in the eCommerce industry
9. English and Dutch on advanced level at least C1
