Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Transformation Specialist to join our vibrant sales team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers by leveraging your hunting, analytical, and negotiation skills.
You will engage with companies across the EMEA region to understand their requirements, analyze their needs, and present tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals. Your role will involve building long-term relationships with key decision-makers from various sectors.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Become an expert in using Odoo and acquire technical/functional knowledge
* Handle the entire sales cycle and build lasting connections with clients
* Receive inbound leads, initiate first contact, and qualify business requirements
* Analyze and understand SME's needs, activities, business flows, and challenges
* Provide potential customers with customized demonstrations, pitch Odoo Management Software, and discuss pricing
* Negotiate and close deals
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Strong business knowledge and curiosity
* Genuine interest in IT and software
* Languages: English (fluent) and French (required)
* Analytic vision and fighting spirit
* Excellent relational and negotiation skills
* Good organizational skills
* Work permit for Belgium (required)
