The Sales Advisor Value is the first point of contact for decision makers and drivers of medium/large sized enterprises. He/she is responsible for guiding drivers, bringing in and maximizing orders and supports the account manager with several commercial activities. Detecting and determining the potential need of the driver/customer and responding to this appropriately Answering and solving operational questions from drivers and fleet managers. Direct drivers contact on a daily basis. Preparation and timely delivery of accurate quotes Proactively following up on onboarded drivers and the quotes sent and responding promptly to them Listening to the drivers and customers, guide them in their choices. Placing the pre-order after the customer's approval Keeping the driver and customer data qualitatively up to date Giving proactive advice and developing improvement proposals on an operational level towards the account manager. Maintain good relationships with customers. Do the outmost to achieve the given targets You're customer oriented and have a service excellence mindset (‘farmer') You work accurately and are result driven. You're proactive, analytical, a problem solver and creative thinker You can handle several tasks at once within a certain structure You have a first relevant commercial experience, contacts by phone are not a challenge but just the way you like to work, problem solving and quality of service.
