For a company of ours that is a regular player in the food sector, we are looking for an operator/dispatcher: The tasks below are part of your day-to-day work:You are responsible for carrying out preparation planning independently. Using PLC controlled preparation installations, starting from the raw material, a prepared product (Cécémel, Fristi, milk, cream products, etc.) is made. Some ingredients are weighed and added automatically, while others are added manually. It is important here that everything is done according to prescribed ISO procedures in the most hygienic way possible.You identify and intervene in case of deviations in the production process. By registering production and quality data, each preparation is checked against the set standards.You have a highly independent operator position with great responsibility.You are also responsible for routine maintenance of the machines and for the hygiene and safety of the workplace, cleaning and recording must be done daily.You preferably have an A2 diploma in a technical field or equivalent through experienceYou are willing to work regularly on Saturdays and/or Sundays.You have a basic knowledge of biochemistry and nutrition, and/or an interest in this (differentiating between milk/yoghurt, ....).You have knowledge of and/or interest in technology.You are handy, have no fear of getting dirty, you are practical,You have basic PLC knowledge and/or can interpret signals on a screen i.e. you are not afraid of computers.You can work accurately and independently, and have a sense of responsibility, hygiene, safety and quality.You enjoy working in a team. Team work is very important.
