Job Title: Customer Service Representative
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic customer service representative to join our team. As a key member of our international support team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our customers across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide first-line support for international breakdowns, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer concerns.
* Maintain regular contact with dealers and customers to keep them informed about repair progress.
* Collaborate with a dedicated team to provide 24/7 support to our customers.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor's degree at thinking level.
* Fluency in English, Polish, and another Eastern language (minimum B2 level).
* Flexibility in working hours, as you will be required to work a full-time schedule with rotation of weekends and night shifts every 6 to 8 weeks.
* A valid driving license (B).
