Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a new colleague to strengthen HR team & expertise
You have at least 8 years of experience in HR roles such as HRBP, HR project manager, HR consulting.
And above that you can demonstrate:
1. An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to build relationships, and manage stakeholders, with a clear ability to influence others
2. Real ''can do'' attitude and excellent communication skills (written and oral)
3. Eagerness to continuously learn, and bring innovative ideas
4. Entrepreneurial and creative mindset
5. Client oriented attitude
6. Fluent in French, Dutch and English
7. Knowledge of consulting sector is a plus
8. Willingness to bring our HR team and our client to a next level
