FPGA Development Team Manager – High-Tech Imaging Solutions

Position Overview:
As an FPGA Development Team Manager, you will lead one of the teams responsible for developing FPGA-based IP Cores, frame grabbers, embedded systems, and custom hardware solutions.
You’ll contribute to defining system architectures and drive the full development lifecycle: from design and simulation to documentation and ongoing support.
You will work with the latest FPGA technologies including devices such as Versal, Kintex Ultrascale, Agilex, and Zynq MPSoC. Your work will involve modern tools like Modelsim, Vivado, and Quartus, and interface with technologies such as Gigabit Ethernet, CoaXPress, PCIe, and MIPI CSI/2.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of FPGA engineers.
* Define architecture and technical specifications for FPGA products.
* Develop, simulate, and document FPGA-based designs.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with hardware, software, and support teams.
* Explore and implement cutting-edge FPGA technologies and interfaces.
* Ensure quality, reliability, and maintainability of deliverables.
Profile:
* Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering or related field.
* 5–10 years of experience in FPGA development; prior team leadership is a strong advantage.
* Solid experience with FPGA platforms: AMD/Xilinx, Intel/Altera, Microchip/Microsemi, Lattice, Gowin, etc.
* Proficiency in simulation tools such as ModelSim or similar.
* Experience with high-speed interfaces: DDR4, Ethernet, CoaXPress, PCIe, MIPI CSI/2.
* Programming skills in VHDL, Verilog, HLS, C, Tcl, Python.
* Familiarity with source control tools and collaborative development practices.
* Fluency in French and a strong command of English
