IT Local Coordinator
Job Summary
Job Purpose
The IT Local Coordinator is responsible for IT Customer Care and IT OT operation support first at our Willebroek site but on others as needed as a secondary priority. They serve as the point of contact between the site and the IT groups to ensure compliance with group policies, security, and site daily operations needs. The IT Local Coordinator also contributes to the smooth operation of the Global Help Desk and the Imerys computer network.

* LIMS - ABB analyzer
Network in coordination with Imerys network team.
Maintain the integrity of endpoints in the CMDB by auditing and resolving any inconsistencies in the records and asset management: Laptop, PC, workstation, switches in coordination with Imerys ITCC.
Key Tasks
* Bear the global vision of support activities and ensure their strategic coherence with group global strategy, business orientations, organization, and IT.
* Ensure that all support demands (Incident, Requests, Complaints) are taken care of respecting quality and delivery delay expectations.
* Guarantee service delivery compliance with support processes and standards in place.
* Not only solve issues but work with a strong continuous improvement mindset.
* Develop a strong understanding of projects impacting the service area and ensuring service impact is minimized.
* Act as a problem solver: technical (infrastructure, network), functional (application), organizational (user training, internal organization issue).
* Have an escalation role within the operations and IT organization.
* Define, follow up customer satisfaction indicators and present results to IT organization.
* Define and follow up support performance indicators to implement a continuous improvement approach.
* International travels around Europe may require a physical effort associated with luggage and professional computer transportation. Hours can be extensive as well due to travels.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering.
* 5 years of practical experience in IT Service Support and Service Delivery in large heterogeneous enterprise-level IT organizations.
* Solid understanding of business processes and business dependencies on supported technologies.
* Fluent or native English speaker.
