Your Scope
As Sales Analyst, you are part of our Ardo Group Sales Support Team, which functions as our center of expertise to monitor a worldwide customer portfolio within the food industry, retail, and foodservice markets. You act as the central point of contact for sales reporting and analysis within the Ardo Group. You operate from our headquarters in Ardooie and report to the Sales Support Team Lead.
Your key responsibilities
* You analyze & anticipate insights for sales & operations
o You prepare periodic and ad hoc reporting for internal users like sales support, segment directors, and Excom.
o You assess, analyze, and communicate relevant trends to guide our organization’s decision-making and improve our performance.
o You support and train users in the most efficient and correct use of reports and tools.
* You work on continuous improvement: thanks to your excellent stakeholder management, you identify requirements and take the lead to implement reporting systems based on these needs. You modify existing dashboards according to changing user needs and tool innovations, keeping an eye on long-term improvements and user engagement.
* You actively contribute to commercial projects on a group level e.g., digitization, rationalization, insights for big key accounts, hereby continuously aligning with different parties in all areas of our organization (e.g., sales, finance, supply chain, production, quality, packaging, …).
* You act as a Power User in Power BI for sales and Commercial Excellence related dashboards.
* You engage in operational tasks to support sales analytics, e.g., SAP customer mapping and data cleansing.
* In your day-to-day activities, you closely work together with the customer master data stewards and key account sales support colleagues in your team as well as with other teams in e.g., Sales and Supply Chain.
Your profile
* You have a master’s degree in an economical or analytical field.
* You have at least first experience, preferably in a role where you combined your strong analytical and communication skills.
* You have a problem-solving mindset with the ability to plan, multitask, and set priorities.
* You know the ins and outs of MS Excel (and Power BI).
* You are a fluent communicator in both English and Dutch with all levels of stakeholders in a corporate organization. Fluency in French is a plus.
* Above all, you are passionate about delivering the correct data in time and creative in finding the best tools, improvements, and solutions to do so.
