A specialist in developing and producing high-quality lubricants and other technical fluids for the automotive, moto and industrial global market, we have been a traditional, independent company for decades and have in-depth know-how and experience in the field of lubricant technology.
As Technical Sales Specialist you will support the growth of the Benelux business by offering local technical training & support to importers, distributors, b2b customers & b2c end users. Besides this, you will also be involved with the planning and roll-out of the Benelux Sales & Marketing plan.
Technical Sales Specialist Benelux (m/f/d)
YOUR TASKS: TECHNICAL SUPPORT IS YOUR PASSION
1. Creating, planning and hosting technical trainings in local language (Dutch & French), together with the local teams
2. Bringing depth in knowledge and Motul product ranges to Motul importers. Focused on Added Value Selling
3. Coordination of local events & trade shows; MotoGP Assen, WorldSBK Assen, WEC Spa Francorchamps etc.
4. Feeding and managing of Motul products online presence; website (oil advisor tool), both for Motul and partners
5. Motul oil analysis services
6. Facilitate dedicated tech-hotline
7. Liaise with Benelux media outlets to give Motul updates on new products & services
8. Support of local Racing partnerships (Car, Moto etc)
9. While reporting to a Dutch line-manager you are also required to work closely with the Motul Technical- & Marketing departments in Cologne, Germany.

Qualification
10. Automotive Engineering background (Bachelor diploma and/or work experience) and affinity with Sales & Marketing
11. At least 2 years work experience
12. Experience with digital tools; Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams
Personal skills and (key) competences
13. Fluent in Dutch, French (Wallon) & English
14. Strong in communication, verbal and written. Ability to create, compose and approve written content
15. Affinity with motorsport in general
16. Willingness to travel up to +- 60% of the time (mostly within Benelux)
17. Driving license B
18. Responsible in self-management, able to work independent and from home
19. Nice-to-haves - Background in automotive/motorcycle business
