You will be directly responsible for managing renewals, interacting with clients and partners globally, and identifying opportunities to upsell software solutions. In your role as Software Renewal Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
Managing software maintenance and subscription contract renewals across global markets for both direct customers and indirect channels via resellers.
Coordinating with sales engineers and uncovering opportunities for upselling software licenses.
Ensuring all license and digital contract records are precise and well-organized.
As a Software Renewal Specialist, your profile is described as follows:
Proven experience in managing software renewals or in a customer service role within the IT/software industry.
Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce.
Fluency in English is mandatory. Knowledge of French or additional languages is an asset.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and SharePoint.
Excellent organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage workloads and priorities independently.
