YOUR ROLE
You will be at the heart of driving HR initiatives and providing guidance to both management and employees.
In this role, you will:
* Provide daily HR support and advice to line managers and employees on a wide range of HR matters.
* Facilitate key talent management processes, such as performance management, development plans, and succession planning.
* Strengthen employee relationships and foster a positive work culture that promotes collaboration and productivity.
* Enhance team dynamics and contribute to improving overall organizational performance.
* Lead and participate in HR projects designed to drive organizational growth and improvement.
YOUR PROFILE
* You have experience as an HR Business Partner.
* You are hands-on and proactive, with strong organizational skills.
* Excellent interpersonal skills enable you to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
* You are solution-oriented, with a practical and effective approach.
* You are fluent in English, Dutch and/or French.
PRACTICAL
* Contract type: Freelance
* Work regime: 4 or 5 days
* Duration: 5-6 months
* Location: Brussels and remote
