At Tosca, we’re looking for a Payroll & HR Coordinator in our Schelle office. You’ll be a vital part of the local Belgian HR team, as well as the HR EMEA team. You’ll work both autonomously and in close collaboration with your HR team as well as Finance and IT.
Responsibilities
Payroll
* You provide a timely and accurate payroll for our white and blue collar employees in Belgium (JC 226, JC 200 and JC 140.03).
* You keep payroll systems up to date.
* In time, you’ll be able to provide back-up for our International Payroll Expert.
* You keep track of changes in payroll law and regulations, ensuring payroll processes and company policies are compliant at all times.
HR Administration & Support
* You draft, review and manage employment contracts and addenda.
* You follow-up on benefits administration such as insurances, meal- and eco vouchers, bike lease.
* You are the first point of contact for all staff members on enquiries related to payroll, policies and benefits.
* You maintain HR databases, manage employees’ records and keep policies up to date.
* You follow-up on temporary staff members in collaboration with external recruitment partners.
* You report and follow-up on certain Health & Safety matters.
* You support on internal communication and HR projects.
* You collaborate with other departments re. onboarding and offboarding.
* Your workplace is Schelle, but on occasion you visit our warehouses in Sint-Niklaas and Zellik to provide HR support.
Fleet Support EMEA
* You take care of short term cars, new lease orders, onboarding, offboarding, car return, etc.
* You collaborate with leasing partners, suppliers and service providers.
* You are the first point of contact for questions re. fleet.
Skills and competencies
* You have experience working with HR (payroll) systems, Word and Excel.
* You have knowledge of Belgian labor law and HR best practices.
* Having strong administrative skills, you can easily find your way around processes and systems.
* You have strong communication skills, providing professional and approachable support throughout the organization.
* Ideally, you have experience with Fleet Support, or an interest to delve further into this.
* You have a sense of responsibility and demonstrate agility in a growing, dynamic organization
* You are fluent - both written and spoken - in English and Dutch.
Education and experience
* Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent through experience
* Preferably 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
