Information Technology - Applications Consultant Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Client Request Analysis: Analyze and understand client requests, providing effective solutions by collaborating with internal teams.
Communication & Coordination: Act as a liaison between clients and the development team to ensure proper understanding of requirements and successful implementation of solutions.
Software Testing: Test the developed software to ensure that it meets the client’s expectations and functions correctly.
Documentation: Assist in preparing detailed documentation related to implemented solutions and client feedback.
Problem Solving: Investigate and resolve any issues encountered during software testing or client interactions.
Your Profile:
Fund Administration Expertise: Strong knowledge and experience in Fund Administration, including familiarity with the management of client portfolios, fund structures, and processes.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in SQL for database queries and reporting.
Basic knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.
Communication: Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with internal teams and clients.
Previous Experience: Ideally, you will have prior experience working with Fund Administration systems, especially in areas such as fee processing and cash & asset reconciliation.
Additional Skills (Nice to Have):
Experience with GP4 or TLM Recon systems is a significant advantage.
