Job Title: HR Manager Belux
Description:
The HR Manager Belux is a key role within our organization, responsible for overseeing all aspects of Human Resources (HR) operations for the BeLux region. This includes managing a team and working closely with the Managing Director to drive business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Talent Acquisition and Integration: Lead the full spectrum of HR operations, from managing vacancies to ensuring a warm welcome for new team members.
* Benefits and Payroll Management: Oversee compensation packages, insurance plans, fleet management, and HR policies with precision.
* Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date on industry trends to ensure the company remains competitive.
* Alliances and Communication: Foster strong alliances with staff delegation and union representatives, promoting open dialogue and collaboration.
* Transformative Projects: Lead transformative HR projects, leveraging data insights to enhance processes and elevate the employee experience.
* Compliance: Ensure compliance with legal complexities, offering strategic counsel to various departments.
* Culture and Communication: Harness the power of communication and culture to cultivate a workplace where every voice is heard and every contribution valued.
Requirements:
* Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field or equivalent by experience.
* At least 10 years of experience in generalist HR roles, including soft and hard HR responsibilities combined with proven people management experience.
* In-depth knowledge of labor and social law, with a passion for developing new cases.
* Prior experience in social dialogue working with staff delegation/trade unions.
* Excellent proficiency in Dutch, French, and English.
* Strong organizational skills and hands-on mindset.
* Discreet and trustworthy with excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude.
