About the Key Account Pharma Sales Department
This department is responsible for the commercial strategy and implementation for all key account customers, parapharmacy groups and e-commerce customers. It is also in the lead of all plans related to sales structure, the sales team, client contacts & sales conditions. The goal is to achieve our yearly targets, acting in line with our values and our vision to outgrow the competition.
About your role
The Key Account Manager E-com & parapharmacy is in the lead of all sales & marketing activities national related to online sales and parapharmacies and reports to the Sales Manager. Together with the Sales Manager he/she will prepare, sell, implement and follow up strategic plans to assure the sales growth within this sales channel. The KAM will be in the lead of negotiations with our clients, build strong marketing plans in collaboration with the marketing team and will also visit the parapharmacies.
How you can make an impact
4. Develop and implement an online & parapharmacy strategy.
5. Develop strong relationships with key contacts to ensure the fulfillment of partnership agreements.
6. Monitor & follow-up the presence of our brand portfolio across all platforms.
7. Set-up a marketing support plan with each partner and control and report on the ROAS.
8. The KAM has a close collaboration with the internal marketing team (digital marketing mgr & brand mgrs) to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms and to develop promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and sales.
9. Pro-actively launch new initiatives to increase net sales.
10. Monitor pricing and market trends to stay competitive.
11. Track and analyse key metrics for e-commerce and parapharmacy players in order to provide insights and identify areas for improvement.
12. Manage the assigned budget efficiently to achieve goals.
13. Train parapharmacy teams to better promote our brands.

16. Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, ideally in the pharmaceutical or consumer goods sector.
17. Master’s degree.
18. Good teamplayer & strong communicator with solid analytical skills.

20. Fluent in Dutch & French
