Your Key Responsibilities
As a (change) manager, you will be expected to build trusted relationships with colleagues and clients and play a pivotal role in driving organizational transformations. Your specific responsibilities include:
* Developing a comprehensive change management strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and focuses on a smooth transition while minimizing disruption.
* Executing and leading change management projects from concept through completion, ensuring high quality while managing timelines, resources, and budgets.
* Conducting stakeholder analysis and creating a communication plan to increase engagement, acceptance, and adoption.
* Identifying and mitigating resistance and risks associated with change.
* Designing and delivering training programs to equip employees with the skills and knowledge needed to adapt to new processes and systems.
* Developing and implementing metrics to evaluate the success of change initiatives, providing detailed reports and updates to key stakeholders and leadership.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders to gain their support and buy-in for change initiatives.
* Playing an active role in growing our business by identifying potential opportunities and helping close deals with potential clients.
* Helping to create a positive learning culture and coaching junior team members to develop their skills.
Your Profile

Qualifications:
* You have a master's degree in economics or a people-related field such as applied economics, business engineering, business administration, or human resources.
* You have at least 5 years of demonstrated work experience in change management, with the ability to create and execute strategies that align with business objectives.
* Experience in practical project management, including planning, reporting, budget management, and risk management.
* You are a strong communicator with excellent communication skills in English and Dutch (French is a plus).
* You demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
* You can work autonomously but are also a great team player with a client-oriented mindset.
* You thrive in a fast-paced, multi-industry, multinational environment.
* You have a natural desire to keep growing and progressing.
