As a recruitment specialist you will develop and execute the Immune-IT recruitment strategy for the assigned vacancies and manage the full recruitment cycle of our future colleagues.
With the team, you will create, implement and optimize an effective recruitment plan to make sure that our clients will receive the best service possible.
👀 Your mission :
* You will be involved in the entire recruitment process, from the sourcing phase to the finalisation of the contract,
* You proactively search for candidates by using different tools/methodologies,
* You create and maintain a talent pool of active candidates
* You develop a valuable network in the IT sector,
* Manage all the intake process with Human Resources department,
* Be the first point of contact for Business Managers and HR Manager,
* Create attractive and creative job descriptions,
* Proactively seek for improvement opportunities, new sourcing methods and tools,
📖 Your background ?
* You have an education in a relevant field such as: recruitment, business, human resources, etc.
* You have a first experience in recruitment,
* You are fluent in English, Dutch and French.

* You are reactive but also proactive by taking initiatives,
* You are pragmatic and solution-oriented,
