About the job
Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be part of a team of a key account manager, field representatives, a sales assistant and a trade marketer.
As Field Sales Manager, you are responsible of the daily management of a team of people. The team is active in retail, wholesalers and out of home. You will have to improve the general capabilities of the team, ensure a daily follow-up and take lead on key customers and relevant opportunities.
You will have also the opportunity to manage customers in a role of Key Account Manager. You will be responsible for managing and expanding our key customer relationships.
About the ideal candidate
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
2. Experience in people management in the food sector is a must have.
3. You have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
4. You are solution- and result-oriented and hands-on .
5. You are a team player and can also work independently.
6. Honesty and integrity are values we value highly.
7. You are able to conduct business in French and Dutch.
