At Semetis, we turn data into business growth. We are looking for a Business Intelligence & Analytics Lead to bridge the gap between raw data, marketing intelligence, and strategic decision-making.
Your Mission:
* Translate complex data into actionable insights for marketing and business decisions.
* Scope and optimize analytics, measurement, and dashboarding projects for top clients.
* Work closely with consultants and leadership to define and refine key business KPIs.
* Ensure data quality, build meaningful reports, and provide strategic recommendations.
* Coach and train teams, fostering a strong data-driven culture at Semetis.
What You Bring:
* 4-7 years experience in analytics, data insights, measurement, or BI.
* Expertise in web analytics (GA4, Adobe Analytics, Piwik Pro) and dashboarding (Looker, Power BI, Tableau).
* Understanding of business KPIs, ensuring analytics drive marketing and revenue growth.
* Strong autonomy and ownership, able to take initiative and drive projects forward.
* Some SQL knowledge (or willingness to learn) and familiarity with cloud solutions (Google Cloud, AWS, Azure).
* Critical thinker, able to assess what analytics services should and shouldn't be offered.
