We are looking for a driven Market Strategy and Planning Manager (Trade Marketing) – Pharma channel to join our team and develop growth strategies and strong conceptual selling for some of our iconic brands, with new insights that can connect business and customer objectives within our Brands - Vicks, Omnibionta3, Nesivine and many more.
Scope of responsibilities:
1. Implementation of the strategy and action plan in accordance with global brand assumptions.
2. Owning the local Go To Market Strategy for all the channels (Pharmacies, para-pharmacies, E-com etc.)
3. Developing and deploying category annual sales plan, including all sales fundamentals: distribution, visibility, detailing, pricing.
4. Preparing trade activities for pharma channels.
5. Creating locally relevant Category Conceptual Selling Materials.
6. Developing visibility plans and distributing POS materials.
7. Defining Key Business Drivers criteria, Trade Spending Efficiency.
8. Ongoing KPI’s monitoring.
9. Budget management.
10. Work with finance team to prepare the right investment plans, which are profitable.
11. Collaboration with a team of specialists and experts, setting the direction of strategic cross-functional activities (Sales, Marketing, Medical, Regulatory, Legal).
12. Collaboration with the regional team.
Job Qualifications
Our Requirements:
13. Business Acumen: understanding pharma business and trends, e-commerce knowledge, creating winning strategies for categories and customers, thinking out of the box to find new opportunities.
14. Customer Mastery: knowledge of category growth model (including category landscape, products/technology, consumer/shopper, and competition).
15. Passion and engagement to deliver outstanding execution in pharmacies.
16. Analytical proficiency on how to improve the return on investment for trade activities.
17. Experience in trade marketing/marketing/sales - min 4 years.
18. Experience in partnership with online resellers preferred.
19. Master`s degree in the relevant field.
20. Fluent English– both written and spoken.
21. Advanced Dutch and/or French.
22. Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint.
23. Drivers license is a must.
24. Collaborative nature.
