As a Recruitment Assistant, you are the first point of contact for all candidates in the selection process at Deloitte. You will support the full Talent Acquisition team in a wide range of (administrative) tasks, while focusing on delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
1. You prepare and facilitate several recruitment events at our HQ in Zaventem, such as business case days and selection days.
2. You will guide candidates through the selection process, by aligning availabilities and scheduling their interviews.
3. You will be working in a dynamic organisation and will be in direct contact with internal stakeholders like candidates, recruiters and hiring managers.
4. Your communication style is attractive to candidates and you trigger them to further discover their opportunities within Deloitte.
5. You love to take initiatives to enrich our team with your structured way of working, as well as your innovative ideas!

6. Ability to build credibility and trust relationship with various stakeholders (recruiters, hiring managers, …)
7. Eye for details, punctual and excellent organisational skills,
8. Love working in a fast-paced environment, being flexible and are open for change
9. Team player, can do attitude, perseverant in both local and working from abroad environment
10. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch, French and English
11. A bachelor degree in a relevant field is a plus
12. Sound knowledge of MS office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook);
