We are looking for a Quality Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) Specialist who is agile and conscientious to join our team, based in Braine, Belgium .
About the role
The Quality KPI specialist is responsible for the design and management of Quality Metrics that give an overview of the collective quality performance at the company level, related to Product Quality, Process Reliability, and overall effectiveness of the QMS and state of compliance. You'll also be responsible for the management of the Metrics related to the performance of the Global Quality Organization.

Quality Councils/decision bodies/Quality Audit Leadership Team
The Quality KPI Specialist will work closely with the data owners and process owners to ensure that the quality KPIs are measured accurately.
What you’ll do
1. You will ensure alignment and drive the discussions with the different Quality Councils/Decision bodies/QALT to define the metrics to be developed and monitored.
2. You'll define a well-structured hierarchy for these metrics, with Lagging KPIs cascaded into Leading KPIs allowing the most operational levels to drive its own performance and report Root Cause Analysis and improvement actions.
3. You'll review quality metrics received from the different entities, compile data and prepare the Quality Metrics report and share it with senior management.
4. Also contribute and drive the establishment of predictive analytics model to predict trends and patterns within compliance activities.
Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills
5. Educated to MSc (or equivalent)
6. Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry
7. Demonstrable experience in quality KPIs and metrics (3-5 years)
8. Strong analytical skills with some project management experience
9. Data Scientist or Data analyst experience would be beneficial
10. Ability to align and influence stakeholders on which there is no direct authority.
