We are looking for a Field support Engineer that is experienced in semiconductor or adjacent high tech equipment maintenance. You will be part of the technical core team CS EUV/DUV/YS Service Engineering, and work in close collaboration with the CS Tech support team.
The local team consists high qualified engineers and you will play a crucial role within this team.

Role and responsibilities
As a Field support engineer, in your daily job, you:
1. Maintain and service photo lithography equipment at customer site in clean room. Periodically install new equipment, perform upgrades on existing equipment and system relocations.
2. Interact with customer–train in use and maintenance of equipment, answer questions and provide technical assistance.
3. Monitor system performance.
4. Provide support and assistance to other ASML personnel
5. Work from procedures, diagrams, written and verbal descriptions, layouts or defined plans to perform preventative maintenance activities and testing under supervision.
6. Responsible for shipping and receiving of modules needed for preventative maintenance activities, as well as crating and uncrating module assemblies. This will include the administrative tasks/paperwork/forms that support such activities.
7. Can perform automated or semi-automated setup, calibration, and preventive maintenance routines on laser systems with limited supervision
8. Use standardized tools and electronic equipment (i.e., torque wrenches, electric and pneumatic screwdrivers and ball drivers, lifting equipment, computers, oscilloscopes) to assemble/install/remove or perform testing and guided troubleshooting.
9. Prepares replaced assemblies for shipment, including follow-up for any Failure Analysis modules.
10. Identifies and documents discrepant material; DOA – Non Conformances and consults FSE
11. Document and monitor safety or security violations critical to service operations.
12. Receiving parts and tools at the shipment dock and move to local storage or Clean room
13. Perform housekeeping of local storage locations and tools cages adhering to 5S practices
Education and experience
14. Bachelor's degree in Engineering field, or equivalent experience.
15. Ability to read engineering specifications and sketches.
16. Experience in logistics software: Oracle, SAP preferred.
17. Experience in working at tight schedule at very dynamic and stressful environment.
