* Maintain calendar, schedule appointments, meetings and conference calls;
* Seek for challenges in cost & time efficiency for international travel bookings;
* Act as deputy in dealing with internal (CEO, other VP's Lead Team Members, HQ functions and support staff) & external 'customers', and be the first point of contact for the VP's
* Close coordination with the VP in his absence, screen & identify electronic and hard copy mail, and set the priority of action required;
* Act as liaison, problem solver and facilitator;
* Liaise with the Assistant to the CEO, to coordinate activities and appointments;
* Liaise with CEO, other VP's Lead Team Members, HQ functions and support staff
* Assist the Department's Leader in drafting communication notes as well as presentation
* Participate actively in Team meetings, take minutes and follow-up on actions with Lead team Members;
* Input in the expense reports and monitor progress;
* Assist in event coordination;
* Organize Lead team meetings, Videoconference and conference calls;
