3. Studying tender documents.
4. Searching for subcontractors.
5. Preparing technical services.
6. Submitting technical files to the client.
7. Simple drawing work.
8. Assisting in compiling an as-built dossier.
9. Requesting prices.

11. Learning & executing cost price calculations.

Requirements:
Profile:
1. You have a master's degree in a construction-related field.
2. You work solution-oriented, are customer-friendly, and have a flexible and critical mindset.
3. You are accurate and can work well under pressure without losing sight of quality.
4. You can express yourself fluently in Dutch and make yourself understood in French.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience required.
Driver's License:
No driver's license required.
Languages:
Dutch: very good
French: basic knowledge
