We are looking for a Project Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure effective communication and collaboration between teams and business stakeholders while driving the quality of functional and technical solutions. You will play a key role in project leadership, documentation, testing, and ensuring the successful execution of business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Foster strong communication and collaboration within the team and with business stakeholders.
2. Ensure high-quality functional and technical solution designs, initially with senior team members’ guidance.
3. Define objectives and priorities in coordination with business and the team.
4. Deliver project goals within the agreed constraints.
5. Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
6. Promote a positive team spirit and effective teamwork.
7. Oversee acceptance testing and ensure successful completion.
8. Provide regular progress reports to management.
Profile
Education:
1. University Graduate or Professional Bachelor.
2. Ideally a Master’s degree in Information Science, Management, or Industrial Engineering.
Required Skills
1. Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
2. Structured, proactive, and quality-driven mindset.
3. Strong conceptual analysis skills (schema, graphs).
4. Excellent planning and prioritization abilities.
5. Highly motivated to collaborate with both Business and IT teams.
6. 5-8 years of experience in project leadership as well as business and functional analysis.
Technical Skills:
1. Strong ability to structure and communicate project progress efficiently.
2. Experience in process and application improvements.
3. Expertise in gathering functional requirements for IT solutions.
4. Ability to define test scenarios and coordinate test execution with testers/test coordinators.
5. Documentation of new/adapted processes and functionalities.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel at minimum).
7. Experience with SQL for data querying.
