Responsibilities
1. As Project Engineer, you will be working with a team of Project Engineers, act as a focal point with to ensure that the project cost, schedule and quality remain on track.
2. With zero lost time accidents, recorded injuries and environmental releases
3. On-time and within budget
4. Total compliance with all government laws and Ineos policies during the execution, commissioning and start-up phase
5. Support the Site Project Manager, in the performance of his/her duties, deputising as required
6. Work closely with the Execute contractor to ensure that all Project Engineering issues are properly resolved in a timely manner, that design changes are managed correctly, and that the facilities comply with all Project One and statuatory requirements and Stakeholder expectations
7. Monitor site construction work performed by the Execute Contractors and other third party designers/vendors/subcontractors, providing oversight and guidance, ensuring that all work satisfies Project One specifications and standards and meets or ideally is better than the project schedule and cost targets.
8. Oversee the the work of the Document Controllers and the document flow from contractors, vendors, licensors and other stakenholders to the ECR Project Delivery Team (ECR PDT) and vice versa to support the project progress and quality requirements.

20. Major project experience with strong design engineering/procurement background and a broad understanding of multiple disciplines and their interfaces
21. Proven track record of delivering leading SHE performance
22. Experience of supervising work in a Contractor’s Design Office
23. Experience of supervising work in a Module Fabrication Shop
24. Experience of field engineering and/or construction on a major Construction Site.
25. Degree qualified and chartered or equivalent in appropriate engineering discipline.
26. More than years’ experience in Engineering role it Oil and gas or Petrochemical setting. Operations experience would be a significant advantage.
27. Seasoned and experienced Engineer.
28. Work will be based in Contractors office but occasional travel to other locations in Europe will be required.
