Job Description
As an international field service engineer you are part of a team that is responsible for Field Service work (commissioning, operation, testing, integration, optimization, maintenance and repair) worldwide. This includes on call technical phone support and field response to equipment and customer issues. You will provide detailed field reports that are useful for the whole organization after every installation or technical intervention and give support to Sales and Project Management. You will provide training of customer maintenance and service personnel on site as well as TSS Service Engineers.

Candidate Profile
You are flexible, willing to travel abroad and you meet the following requirements:
* A technical (bachelor) degree in Mechanical or Electro-Mechanical
* Experience in field service and customer support.
* Solid understanding of mechanical engineering.
* Experience in electrical systems troubleshooting.
* Excellent technical problem-solving and troubleshooting
* Stress resistant
* Prepared to travel (~80%) by car and by air, with overnight travel required
* Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical information to customers in a user-friendly manner
* Excellent communication skills in English, other languages (such as Dutch, German and French) are a plus.
* Knowledge of windows and Microsoft 365
* Experience in other heavy machinery industries is considered a plus
