As a Service Delivery Technical Team Leader at LCL Data Centers, you will play a key role in this process. Your responsibilities will include:
* Leading and Coaching: Managing daily operations of data center technicians and supervisors, allocating tasks, providing feedback, and guiding their professional development through coaching.
* Ensuring Quality and Safety: Monitoring compliance with safety guidelines and quality standards, implementing improvement measures following incidents or audits.
* Developing Procedures: Drafting, implementing, and managing work procedures and technical instructions to ensure consistency, quality, and safety.
* Project and Planning Coordination: Creating and managing project schedules, aligning staff, equipment, and budgets, and resolving potential bottlenecks in consultation with other departments.
* Technical Support: Acting as a point of contact for technical questions and facilitating efficient problem-solving within the team.
