Key Responsibilities
* You engage with candidates:
o IDentify and attract suitable candidates through various channels
o Organize interviews with candidates
o Brief and coach candidates on their interviews with clients
o Conduct an excellent follow-up on candidate processes
o Participate in job and university fairs
* You engage with clients:
o Develop a network of clients and establish a solid client portfolio
o Negotiate terms and conditions
o Build strong relationships with clients
o Brief clients and provide advice on their recruitment needs
Overall, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment cycle, from candidate selection to offer management, and maintaining follow-up communication between parties.
Requirements
