To accommodate our growth we are looking for a dynamic, hands-on Product Manager renal care in Nipro Medical Europe (NME).
About the Role
As product manager, you will have full responsibility and accountability for your product range performance in the NME territory, with a focus on turnover, volume, market share and profitability.
What you'll do
1. Drive the product strategy, positioning, and expansion.
2. Prepare the strategic plan for his product range over the NME territory that supports the sustainable growth in turnover and profitability.
3. Manage the product life cycle of your product range and pro-actively share the information with category manager and the regional sales management.
4. Formulate a tactical plan, in collaboration with the Category manager and business responsible, and help the CET-team implementing it, to achieve the category business objectives.
5. Coordinate between the scientific advisors, CET, marketing communication, other product managers, regulatory, sales, so that the correct marketing tools are available for the business.
6. Collect, maintain and share product and competitive intelligence to interested parties to drive the product strategy, positioning and expansion.
7. Communicate with the factories about sales projections for your products in collaboration with the category manager and VP sales and marketing.
8. Monitor and report on the performance of your product range, with a focus on turnover, market share and profitability.
9. Assist in internal and external meetings and provide technical expertise towards the involved parties.
10. Take care of administrative tasks by overlooking the day-to-day support towards the business, factories, regulatory, quality, and other different stakeholders are assured for your product range.
11. Coordinate the content availability, creation, and maintenance of tools for the business that drive the product range forward, in coordination with the different involved departments.
12. Creation of item- Barcode, technical data, vendor creation.
13. The employee performs all tasks in accordance with ISO quality and JSOX requirements, whilst always taking Nipro values into account.
What you'll need
14. You hold a Bachelor degree in Marketing or Biomedical sciences
15. Minimum 5 years of experience in a company in the life sciences sector
16. You have a passion for product management
