What will you be doing?
In this role, you'll be instrumental in guiding our clients through transformation journeys, offering tailored solutions that address their unique challenges. Here's a glimpse into what your day-to-day might look like:
1. Facilitating transformation initiatives to drive efficiency gains and enhance customer focus in the telecommunications sector.
2. Analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing solutions aligned with client strategic objectives.
3. Leading discussions and defining communication plans to support employees through significant changes.
4. Conducting business analysis and organizing workshops to improve customer experience and prepare for digital transformation.
5. Collaborating with technical teams to translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure the quality of deliverables.
What do you bring to the table?
We're looking for someone who:
6. Holds a master's degree in Engineering, Management, or Economics.
7. Has 2-5 years of experience as a consultant and/or in the telecommunications sector, with knowledge of sector-specific products and industrial processes.
8. Possesses native-level proficiency in Dutch or French, with very good knowledge of the other language, and a profound understanding of business English.
9. Is eager to learn, proactive, and thrives on new challenges.
10. Has a strong ambition to drive impactful change and make a difference.
11. Excels in stakeholder management and works well both independently and as part of a team.
12. Can work autonomously while being a strong team player.

15. Appreciated competencies: Additionally, certifications and/or practical experience in PMI, Prince 2, Lean, Agile (SAFe, Scrum), ADKAR/Prosci, ITIL, and analytics (PowerBI, will certainly be a bonus in your application.
