As a Sales Manager, you will drive growth by developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new markets, and strengthening customer relationships. Your role will include:
- Building and managing new and existing customer relationships
- Developing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals
- Analyzing market trends to enhance our market position
- Coordinating with internal teams to meet customer needs
- Representing the company at trade shows and events
- Managing the full sales cycle, including contract negotiations
Vereisten
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or similar
- 5+ years in sales management, preferably in the industrial sector
- Strong sales, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Fluent in Dutch and English; additional languages are a plus
- Proactive and results-driven
- Willing to travel in Europe and beyond
