Looking for a Receptionist/ Office Assistant position? We have a job for you!
We are currently recruiting an evening Receptionist for one of our clients, a prestigious company located in the center of Brussels.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the daily planning of the meeting rooms
2. Responsible for an impeccable state of the client area
3. Welcome clients
4. Prepare meeting rooms
5. Organise breakfast and/or lunch for meetings and seminars
6. Book taxis, restaurants and hotels
7. Make copies and/or printouts for clients
8. Modify flights and train tickets
9. Help in the organisation of internal events
Profile:
1. French or Dutch native or equivalent, very good command of English and the other national language
2. Experience in a similar position (Receptionist, hostess...)
3. Experience in the hospitality sector is a plus
4. Very good presentation and positive minded
5. Reliable, result oriented, service minded, stress resistant and flexible
6. Good attention to detail and natural ability to work accurately and independently
7. Good communication and organisational skills
