To strengthen our team in Kortrijk, we are looking for a lawyer with experience in drafting agreements and who has a keen interest in the construction and/or energy sector.
The multidisciplinary "Energy" team at Eubelius is a growing and dynamic team that serves clients in the energy sector from various disciplines (contract law, property law, construction law, energy law...). From building wind farms, district heating networks, and energy-efficient real estate developments to negotiating PPAs and surface rights agreements, all aspects are covered. Job Description
As a lawyer in the "Energy" team, you will be responsible for, among other things:
* Providing a wide range of support to our clients, including drafting contracts, advising on obligations law, and guiding (construction) projects in the energy and construction sectors.
* Providing guidance on all contractual issues an organization may encounter during its lifespan, including any disputes.
* Building excellent client relationships.
* Helping manage and develop the team.
* Supporting the team's growth ambitions.
Profile
We are looking for a candidate:
* With a Belgian law degree demonstrating strong academic results.
* Who has gained 3 to 7 years of experience at a law firm in Belgium and wants to take their knowledge and experience to the next level.
* Who is fluent in Dutch and has excellent knowledge (both written and spoken) of English and French.
* Who is a dynamic, hands-on lawyer with the ambition to further develop the multidisciplinary Energy practice at Eubelius.
* Who is not afraid to take responsibility, is a true team player, and a strong communicator.
* Who has a strong interest in the real estate and energy sectors.
