Lets talk about you Very excited to speak with candidates who have or hold: Minimum a Bachelor''s degree (preferably a Master''s degree) in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, and 3+ years of relevant work experience. Minimum 2 years of experience with ServiceNow implementation, especially in IT Service Management, Customer Service Management, IT Business Management, or IT Operations Management. Certified ServiceNow System Administrator. Experience with solutioning and delivering complex enterprise technology implementations. Experience identifying and resolving potential trade offs or conflicts among technical solutions options and the ability to align this with business outcomes or impacts. Strong business acumen, with the ability to quickly translate theoretical concepts into practical outcomes that deliver business value. Strong oral and written communication skills, including presenta
