Our client is looking for a skilled and experienced CNC Machine Programmer to join their team
at their newly established facility in Deinze. The role involves programming, setting up, and
operating CNC machines to deliver high-quality and precise workpieces based on technical
drawings and specifications. The successful candidate will also ensure machine maintenance,
troubleshoot issues, and inspect finished products to meet stringent quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Program, set up, and operate CNC machines according to program specifications based
on GD&T technical drawings.
Create, adjust, and optimize CNC programs to ensure efficient and high-quality
machining processes.
Load raw materials and tools into the machine and verify setup accuracy.
Monitor machine operations during production runs and troubleshoot any issues that
arise.
Test and inspect manufactured workpieces to ensure they meet specified dimensions,
surface qualities, and other criteria, including the use of a CMM.
Conduct regular maintenance of machines and tools to ensure optimal performance.
Qualifications:
Education & Training:
Formal or vocational training in CNC programming, industrial mechanics, or related
fields.
Experience:
Proven experience in CNC programming and operating turning and/or milling machines.
Experience working with stainless steel and/or nickel alloys.
Familiarity with CAD/CAM systems and tool management systems.
Skills:
Proficiency in reading GD&T technical drawings and g-code.
Strong technical understanding and quality awareness.
Ideally, knowledge of machine controls such as Siemens, Heidenhain, or Mitsubishi.
Team-oriented mindset and ability to work well with others.
Language:
Fluency in Dutch or English is mandatory.

A gross monthly salary ranging from 3,000 to 4,500, depending on experience.
