✔️ Sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels (job boards, LinkedIn, networking)
✔️ Conducting interviews and assessing candidates' skills and cultural fit
✔️ Coordinating with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs
✔️ Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
✔️ Assisting with employer branding initiatives
✅ 2-5 years of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)
✅ Strong sourcing skills and knowledge of recruitment tools
✅ Fluent in English, Dutch and French
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Proactive, organized, and results-driven
