Here‘s what you’ll be up to
Facilities:
* Oversee the daily operations of the facility, ensuring all systems and equipment function efficiently and safely.
* Supervise renovation works on site – Validate invoicing documents of products and services delivered.
* Propose improvements/investments to optimize the infrastructure, asking for tenders and presenting them to Management. Follow–up of energy budget
* Ensure timely maintenance and inspections; ensure all related certificates to comply with legal requirements and those related to ISO14001 certification.
* Organize the follow–up of ‘facility tickets’ by organizing actions and works to be carried out by 1 in–house staff or external partners.
Stock management:
* Your core responsibility is to keep inventory data accurate and up to date, to support efficient
* operations for Project and Service activities.
* Organize and manage the stock; management (reporting status, controlling of the shipments …) of inventory and deliveries. (in team) Manning the reception desk (by phone & physically).
* Administrative management of incoming goods; handle all parcel & inventory item movements for Projects and General stock in Microsoft Business Central.
* Prepare (physical& administrative) incoming goods for physical movement to the stock (physical movement will be limited, as we have a person available for suitable support); prepare parcels & pallets for sending to our partners.
* Follow up parcel and inventory item administration (steering transport companies & entering receipt documents in the ERP system).
* Administration of returned goods (RMA) to our suppliers.
* Process data for in/outbound parcels and inventory items in Microsoft Business Central (ERP).
ISO 14001 Environmental Management process:
* Gather all CO2 related consumptions, calculate total CO2 emission per € turnover and per employee.
* Write an environmental report for the year and prepare objectives for the coming year.
* Check and update legal requirements and related register.
* Organize external (non–certification) audits related to ISO14001.
Recognize this skill set?
* Master– or Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering or a related field and/or proven experience in Building/Logistic management/ISO14001.
* Experience with ERP–systems
* Fluent in Dutch/English or French/English
* Flexible and polyvalent – Rigorous
* Structured – curious – Entrepreneur
* Excellent communication skills (oral as well as written)
* Team player – Management skills
* Keen to find out solutions and exacting mindset
* Dynamic, organized, service minded, dedicated, takes responsibility
* Administrative skills, able to work with the standard Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
