We are looking for a senior Project Manager for the refactoring and enhancement program of our Global Customer Service System. This system connects call centres of 190 posts worldwide. Responsibilities
Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality, timing, and performance standards and assessing risks
Develop and maintain communication structures with all internal and external stakeholders (i.e., users), both from a technology and business perspective
Ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables (this includes system documentation, a suite of reports, and a training program)
Report project status, outcomes, and risks to the appropriate management. Escalate issues, as necessary, according to the project work plan
Requirements
Five or more years of project management experience
Advanced level of English, both written and verbal
Experience with projects around the development of software platforms and/or communication tools
Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
Strong written and verbal communication skills; excellent presentation skills
Professional certification such as PMP or Prince2
Experience in coaching project team members to strengthen abilities and skills
Experience with a ticketing system (Jira preferred) and collaboration systems (Confluence preferred) is a plus
