Be part of a team where you will perform the following tasks:
* Act as the primary HR contact for both sites, providing guidance and support on all HR-related matters.
* Implement and oversee HR policies, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
* Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
* Lead recruitment efforts, onboarding, and workforce planning to meet business needs.
* Monitor and analyze HR metrics such as absenteeism, turnover, and employee satisfaction.
* Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
* Ensure payroll accuracy by coordinating with finance and payroll teams.
* Handle administrative HR tasks, including contract management, benefits administration, and reporting.
* Initiate, lead, and support HR projects that arise from the divisional People Plan.
What you will bring along the way:
Must-Have:
* Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience.
* Native Spanish and excellent command of English (C1).
* Strong knowledge of Spanish labour laws and HR best practices.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Nice-To-Have:
* Knowledge of additional EU languages other than English and Spanish.
* Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment, with an understanding of the unique HR challenges and opportunities within this sector.
* Experience in handling multi-site HR operations.
