Position : Regional Account Manager (BtoB) Location : Flemish Brabant, Brussels, and Limburg Salary : around 4,500 EUR gross per month Package : Company car, performance bonus, meal vouchers, and net expense allowance Industry : H ydraulic services, offering a wide range of solutions including the repair, maintenance, and installation of hydraulic systems. Role Overview As a Regional Account Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our client portfolio and maintaining existing relationships in Flemish Brabant, Brussels, and Limburg. Your key responsibilities will include: Visiting customers and prospects to develop new business opportunities. Proactively seeking leads and new contacts within your region. Building and maintaining long lasting relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. Collaborating closely with local service centers to ensure the services offered meet customer expectations. Selling maintenance subscriptions and other relevant products. Reporting directly to the head office and working with them to align sales targets with regional goals. Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. Key Responsibilities Client Development : Expand and maintain a diverse customer base, identify and prospect new leads, and create opportunities for growth. Customer Visits : Visit existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and address their needs, and also meet new potential customers to introduce and sell services. Collaboration : Work closely with local offices to align the service offering with the customers needs. Provide feedback to ensure high quality service is delivered. Sales Targets : Meet and exceed sales targets related to both new business and maintenance contracts. Reporting : Regularly update the head office on client activities, sales performance, and market developments. Maintenance Subscriptions : Focus on selling subscription based services for routine maintenance of hydraulic systems. Skills & Experience Previous experience in sales, preferably in a technical field such as engineering, hydraulic systems, or a related industry. Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to develop new business and maintain long term client relationships. A results driven mindset, with a focus on achieving targets and delivering outstanding customer service. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Dutch and French (English is a plus). Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.
