Assistant to the Committee for Prevention and Protection at Work
1. The Assistant provides support to the ISPP team and responds directly to the ISPP Manager.
2. The Assistant is responsible for the logistic organization of the plenary monthly meetings.
3. The Assistant is responsible for the organization of the preparation meetings.
4. The Assistant is responsible for establishing and diffusing the report of the plenary monthly meetings.
5. The Assistant is responsible for the convocation and the related useful documents.
6. The Assistant is responsible for establishing/updating the following useful documents: Annual Health and Safety action plan, ISPP Monthly report, and CPPW actions follow-up.
7. The Assistant is responsible for the public subsidy files for people with disabilities: he/she will have to follow up on existing files with the competent public authorities and, when necessary, initiate new requests.
8. The Assistant is responsible for the correct diffusion of all deliverables of the department to our internal clients.
9. The Assistant is responsible for managing, scheduling, and organizing meetings, travel, and conference participation.
10. The Assistant is responsible for organizing video-conferences and welcoming external visitors.
11. The Assistant manages the ISPP mailing box.
Profile
1. The candidate has a diploma in Office Management or similar.
2. Languages: fluent in Dutch and French and proficient in English.
3. Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook…).
4. Good oral and written communication skills.
5. Sense of initiative, autonomy, solution-oriented, and able to manage priorities.
