We manage the internal and external recruitment for ING Bank in Belgium.
Within the Talent Acquisition department, you will help us to review and implement our campus recruitment approach, participate to our event activities, take part of the recruitment process and actively hire our future trainees for the International Talent Programme.
Your key responsibilities
You will be actively involved in the Recruitment Campus planning & events and also in the Recruitment process itself.
Recruitment Campus :
1. Support our Campus Recruitment lead in the implementation of a new approach.
2. Analyse big trends existing.
3. Develop tooling and reporting to follow-up on these events.
4. Prepare with our Campus Recruitment lead and our Employer Branding team content for presentations.
5. Take part in these recruitment activities (virtual careers fairs, presentations, .
Recruitment process :
Take part in the recruitment process and supporting the team with :
6. The opening of our new positions.
7. CV screening of candidates.
8. Participation in the interview selection (competency-based/STAR method) until the feedback to candidates.
Internship recruitment :
You will be responsible for the recruitment of the ING interns :
9. Opening new positions for interns.
10. Intake with hiring manager.
11. Post new jobs on Jobteaser/.
12. Pro-active search for candidates.
13. CV screening of candidates.
14. Phone screening of candidates.
15. Creation of new intern’s contract.
International Talent Programme :
You will actively help for the launch of the International Talent Programme :
16. Change and adapt content (for example website, job description, .
17. Pro-active search for candidates for our International Talent Programme.
18. CV screening of new candidates.
19. Active participation in the HR interviews.
20. Prepare the onboarding days for new trainees.
21. Coordinate and animate the onboarding.
