Within the ICT department, you will be responsible for:

Providing technical assistance and support to the internal staff regarding hardware, software, and network issues (routers, LAN and WAN networks, etc.), VDI, VPN, telephony, etc.

Installing and configuring new systems, e.g. for new employees (servers, printers, workstations, routers, peripherals, programs, and software), as well as setting them up, maintaining them, or replacing them.
*
Participating in the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of telephony and all other communication tools.
*
Contributing to writing documentation and testing new applications or features.
*
Assisting in organizing internal training sessions on new IT tools.
*
Ensuring appropriate communication and accurate information to ICT management in case of incidents, and participating in improvement initiatives regarding documentation and existing processes.
*
Acting as an executor within Service Management processes: Incident Management, Service Request Management, Problem Management, Change Management & Configuration Management (CMDB), etc.

Within this context, tasks may be assigned to you by the Service Delivery Coordinator.

Executing tasks within projects. Tasks may be assigned to you by the Project Manager.

A higher education degree in Computer Science (ICT) or equivalent.
*
Good knowledge of hardware (workstations, printers, etc.) as well as network environments (routers, LAN and WAN).
*
Proven experience in technical support is essential.
*
Active knowledge of VDI and monitoring tools is an asset.
*
Excellent active knowledge of Dutch and French (mandatory).
*
