Job Title: Project Manager
Role Overview:
Under the direction of the Principal Project Manager, the Project Manager will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and management of assigned projects, ensuring they meet the defined scope, time, cost, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage projects in line with company policies and procedures.
* Develop business cases, including procurement strategy, benefit analysis, project proposals, and statements of work.
* Ensure successful delivery of projects by managing quality assurance, coordination, and client requirements.
* Monitor project progress and provide regular updates.
* Allocate resources and take corrective actions to meet project milestones.
* Oversee project KPIs, risk management, and issue resolution.
* Handle project cash flow, financial planning, and reporting.
* Contribute to annual and multi-year business planning and forecasting.
* Lead meetings with team members, stakeholders, and customers.
* Ensure project plans are maintained and communication with stakeholders is consistent.
* Regularly review project documentation to ensure accuracy and quality.
* Support project management activities and maintain project plans in relevant systems.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years of related experience, or 10 years of extensive experience in a similar role.
* Formal Project Management certification (e.g., PRINCE2 or PMP), or equivalent experience.
* At least 3 years of project management experience in large-scale IT environments.
* Experience in planning, designing, and implementing communications systems (e.g., C4ISR).
* Knowledge of current technologies and industry standards related to network design and multimedia systems.
* Strong communication and briefing skills, with experience in written and oral communication.
Desirable Qualifications:
* Experience in leading C4ISR acquisition projects.
* ITIL Foundation Level Certification.
* Engineering background and technical leadership experience.
* Familiarity with project management tools like ServiceNow (SNOW) and collaboration platforms.
* Experience working in international, multi-disciplinary teams.
To be successful with this role you will need NATO Secret clearance, or UK SC Clearance before applying.
The role is hybrid in Braine l'Alleud and offers up to €500 per day.
