BDO Luxembourg seeks a German-speaking Assistant Manager/Manager Accounting in Luxembourg, Diekirch, or Weiswampach.

Key Responsibilities
* Meet client needs regarding accounting, tax, and administrative processes.
* Supervise general accounting performed by team members.
* Review and finalize annual tax returns linked to accounts.
* Establish long-lasting relationships with clients through proactive contact and commitment to their needs.
* Improve internal and digital processes.
* Participate in acquiring new customers using knowledge of markets and networks.
* Train, motivate, and develop team members.
Requirements
* Chartered accountant qualification or soon-to-be qualified.
* At least 5 years' experience managing local commercial clients within a fiduciary or Big-4 firm in Luxembourg.
* Recognized leadership and technical expertise among team members.
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to coordinate multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
