Reporting to the Business Unit Director Benelux, the Senior Brand Manager serves as the Brand Team Leader, responsible for developing the brand strategy and defining the most effective actions for execution. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, this role ensures the optimization of current and future business opportunities across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.
Your key responsibilities:
1. Lead strategy and marketing for our new biologic asset in dermatology.
2. Develop and execute the Brand Plan with ongoing impact assessment.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (medical, in-field, market access).
4. Conduct market research, analyze trends, and monitor competitors and customer insights.
5. Identify investment opportunities and drive market differentiation.
6. Develop omnichannel and digital marketing strategies, including promotional campaigns.
7. Use data insights to track market trends, competition, and product performance.
8. Oversee forecasting, demand planning, and KPI tracking for optimal execution.
9. Strengthen KOL networks and key account strategies with sales and medical teams.
10. Establish a 5-year strategic roadmap aligned with market needs.
11. Manage the brand budget, analyze financials, and track sales performance.
Requirements information
1. Master’s degree, ideally in Marketing, Strategic Marketing, Management.
2. 5–8 years of experience as a Brand Manager in the pharmaceutical industry.
3. Background in biologics, immunology, or dermatology is a plus.
4. Sales experience is an advantage.
5. Proven expertise in planning and executing brand strategies.
6. Fluent in French, Dutch and English, in written and verbal communication.
7. Creative, innovative, and strategic thinker with an out-of-the-box approach.
8. Expertise in marketing communication channels and omnichannel strategies.
9. Strong time management, planning, and multitasking abilities.
10. Customer-focused with excellent listening and indirect leadership skills.
11. Strong verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
12. Ability to clearly articulate and communicate strategies internally and externally.
